RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

Should you wish to return an item, please send an email to hello@inspobywomen.com mentionning the reason of your return:

1. I don't like it

2. The item is not in good condition

3. The item does not correspond to my order

Please send it back to the address below within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition (that have not been worn, altered or washed) and with all tags attached. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned.

Refunds

Please allow 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
