Our Principles

All our products are handmade by artisans from eco-friendly materials, sourced locally. We try to do more with less, by encouraging the use of recycled materials, carefully checking the product compositions, limiting the packaging to its minimum and grouping our parcels to reduce our carbon footprint.

Meet our Team
Emilie
Emilie is the founder and CEO of INSPO BY WOMEN. She started the organization for all the ethical shoppers who - like her - want to use their purchasing power to change the lives of less privileged women and families while fulfilling their interest for handcraft and design.
Kelly
Kelly is the creative mind of the team. She leads our product shootings, creates all the gift sets and makes sure our branding is coherent. If you visit us during one of our events, it's Kelly you will meet! She is also the person behind all your parcels and is responsible for the customer care service in Switzerland.
Astrid
Astrid is our digital marketing lady. She brings her freshness into our IG communication. Astrid is also a INSPO BY WOMEN ambassador as she supports the team during our events across Switzerland.
